Comms Producer. Switched tech for culinary, going from Google/Facebook to The World's 50 Best Restaurants. Has worked in Europe, Asia and Latin America. Digital nomad, has been working with Diego for the last 4 years taking care of all comms related developments, either from Bali or a new city. She is also a lecturer at the Università di Scienze Gastronomiche UNISG in Pollenzo, Italy, founded by Slow Food.
