INTERMEDIARIO is our ethos and reason to be, our hear and our commitment to society, understanding our responsibility from the culinary industry, in the scope of Peru and the world.

 

It expresses our philosophy and is the backbone of every project we implement, focusing on preserving the cultural heritage and natural diversity of every landscape that we become part of.

It's also a collaborative platform, which we share with other leading actors and producers in the industry, aligned in similar missions and objectives to create ephemeral and permanent projects, game-changing actions and campaigns.

PROJECTS

REFETTORIO 

LIMA 

is the recently launched partnership with the  Beneficencia de Lima y and the internationally renown Food for Soul, led by Italian Chef Massimo Bottura.

It was born under the COVID-19 crisis and now it feeds 300 people in Lima, with the aim of restoring their dignity and potential in society. Moving now to the new Casa de Todos in Palomino, aims to recover 120 guests in cycles of 15 months through

hospitality and arts.

TIYAPUY

is a long term project born in Ayacucho from the times of Diego as the Executive Chef in Astrid & Gastón. It focuses on fostering the research, conservation and fair trade of Andean Native Potatoes, both within B2B channels and direct consumption.

MERCADO INTERMEDIARIO

is our e-commerce / incubator platform, designed to empower entrepreneurs trading local produce. We work with them to get a broader access to potential markets and set up their own trade flow, focusing on enabling them to become independent business owners.
